Create simple form connected to Twilio API

Hi, Work flow: -User goes to a website page -User types in cell phone number - User types in cell phone number again (must match number above) -User types in free text (less than 140 characters for example. If it goes more than 140 characters then it doesn't not allow them to type any more.) -Additional text box where user can input email address to join newsletter (required) -User clicks box that says “I agree to receive text messages from Company X” -The user then is sent the free text that they entered to the cell phone number they entered once every month -Included in each message is a standard message that says “- From Company X” -Each message must have option to unsubscribe (ie, type in ‘stop’) I would be able to easily -Change the character limit -Change the ‘from Company X message’ -Send a message of my own to everyone who has signed up (instead of User A getting Message A and User B getting Message B -> both User A and User B would get the exact same message Message C) -Track if they opened the message -Ask polls/surveys to users who have signed up It will likely be SMS (not MMS) There already exists a SMS API at Twilio ([login to view URL]) Skills: Ruby | Python | PHP | Java | C# | Node.Js | Django | Twilio Helpful links: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] QUESTIONS FOR YOU 1.
