Create plugin for WP (WPJM resume to PDF download for users and admin)

Background: I am building a job board with resumes and job listings. I use Cariera theme and WPJM plugins as a foundation. On my Wordpress website users can create their own resumes/CVs. What I want in short: I want a plugin which will allow the user and me as admin to download the candidates online resumes from the website as a PDF from front end with nice design and fully dynamic depending on the users resumes. More details: I want to have two different resume layouts, so that the user can download the resume and choose any of these two (attached rough examples). Also before downloading the user should be able to choose color of the CV, using a RGB color wheel or some easy input option, so that its customizable for the user. The downloaded CV pdf should always adapt depending on how much/long/short the CV gets, so it always will look good no matter what info they have - this is ofc a given and a must. Also the plugin has to be able to be updated when/if I change the resume register form, for example add a field or remove a field. The way it needs to work for users in more detail: Step 1 and all this on the same page in a vertical step by step process (in the control panel): - Here they can choose which of their pre-made resumes they want to download (from WPJM resume plugin) - Choose between two fixed layouts (picture attached for reference... One with the contact and profile at the top and one with side bar instead) - Choose color for resume layout, headline and text color separately (only choose one color per part to keep it simple) - Choose between two different fonts (only times new roman or Arial) - Choose if the resume will have icons in the headlines or not - Possibility to add "my profile text" using a simple text field (inputted at the start of the resume) - Possibility to add references using a simple text field (inputted at the end of the resume) Step 2 is a second loaded page/preview of the resume before downloading: - A preview page with the resume and a button to download the finished CV or go back to edit more (this also needs to be possible for admin also) _____________________________________________ The code and implementation needs to be perfect and easy on the website. No bad coding, strange or outdated design etc and you need to be able to make it look good as well as work good. It needs to be modern, light/fast and fully integrated within Cariera theme control panel (which is easy if we use shortcode - then I can add it myself on a blank page using control panel template from theme or per your suggestion).
