Create a module for Magento 2 Price Calculator

Sir, I read about : We need help to create a module for Magento 2 that calculates area. It should be possible to enter minimum price eg 0.4 m2. If the customer writes 120x120mm or 340x560mm the price is based on 0.4 m2. If the measurements are more than 0,4m2, the normal price shall be calculated. Can we discuss more ? Regards, jiger
