Create a map with different waypoints to show route

I need to create a map with different layers to show route with more than 100 waypoints.
I tried to do it on mymaps but it's too long, I need to use Google Maps API.
Be aware that there is a limit of 10 waypoints and I need more than that.
You can hard code but I need to be able to add latitude, longitude, and a tag on each point.
The route wont be optimised as I have to order myself the points.
The destination api will use car.
