Hello! This seems to be the issue with the connection type you are trying to use in the FTP. Are you using the filezilla client and TLS connection? This is fixable and I can fix it. Looking to start now. Thank you!

G'day, I'm an experienced and talented Linux DevOps engineer. Fixing annoying connection problems is something I do all the time. There's a whole bunch of problems that could be causing this issue, could be a firewall, a routing issue, the wrong port number, an issue with your ISP, etc, etc. This means that it's very difficult to provide a precise estimate of time, it could be 15 minutes, or it could be five hours. (NB: I charge a minimum of one hour)

Hi, If you browse to "WHM Home » Service Configuration » FTP Server Configuration", and set "Broken Clients Compatibility" to "Yes", does that fix the issue? If anyone using PureFTP still has this error and none of the above solutions worked: WHM > Service Configuration > FTP Server Selection > Pure-FTPD > Save This will re-install the FTP server.
