I am looking to build a small website with 5-6 tabs and 10-15 pages. I need help with the copy and the design. I can send some examples of what I am looking for in terms of design. We are an owner, manager and developer of Real Estate in NYC.
Ideally I would like one company that can handle both tasks but separate companies can work as well.
need real quality web design and copy..need the whole thing done and presented on a silver platter

Most of the below are informational sites about the company and specific buildings they own or built which is mainly the goal of this site. None really get too specific with information about units within the building besides https://www.sspny.com/ -
What I like about sspny is that its very functional for apartment rental and application..I definitely want to have a section like this under a larger "Residential" tab that can have sub links to those specific building pages with maps, quick info, availability, application, etc. I will feed the actual avail abilities later but want some static ones put in for design so its ready.

https://www.greystonedevelopment.com/ - this is a nice site especially their projects tab. much larger company..Most of our portfolio is existing walkup buildings which I can't necessarily showcase under a "projects" tab. I have 5-6 buildings which were built and are newer with renderings, etc. that would work under that tab..
