Convert CRM to SAAS version

I need someone to convert this [login to view URL] to a saas. Basically, someone would be able to sign up for an account and the system will automatically setup billing, based on plans like 10 users or maybe able to adjust the amount of users from account, remove certain features based on levels like remove extra tools and obviously not fully work like a standalone version so some features need to be removed since db may be shared. This is just part one of the project, next phase is adding new features and integrating other scripts to make this software more usefull and improve many features. Give me an estimated amount of hours to get part one done. If i pick you then we will do an NDA to discuss the other work. This is going to be a long term project as there is a lot of work to be done. YOU MUST have experience with codeigniter and creating selling as a service setup. You need to know how to make custom modules and integrate other softwares in to it. I may give you some details but i dont want to post it publicly. Type the words jigga so i know you read this.
