Hi there, If I'm not mistaken you want to cross check your own records against virginia dmv and update them as needed. As far as I can see there is an API for data services returning xml responses. I tried to find the full documentation for it but I guess it's not publicly available so I assume you have access to docs. I have no idea what your current system looks like hence I'm not sure how much work is needed for such integration. Assuming you've tagged php in the skills knowingly I suppose your system is coded with it. As a result it's impossible to come up with a decent estimate of the costs and time. Anyway, if you can share the details of the integration we can further discuss, thanks.
