We're looking for a developer with experience integrating RETS IDX into Wordpress Websites.
This specific IDX is for the NY State MLS.
The different details that need to be integrated are as follows:
- Property Address
- Property Features
- Neighborhoods
- Bedrooms / Bathrooms
- Property Photos
RETS data sync functionality includes:
Back End Tasks:
- Download RETS Data to server(wordpress) database
- Download Images from RETS media to server storage
- Run Cron script to update everything in certain interval(every 30 min or 60 min)
Frontend task includes:
- Show property for Rent and Sale
- Search functionality
- Property details page
