Hello, Greetings!!! I am glad to inform you that we have already worked on IDX Rets before to fetch the property listing periodically and would like to help you with the same functionality. The most challenging part is to run a daemon for updating details as it has ton of data and the server resources are killed which most of the times the updation fails..
