Configure nginx streaming server on windows server

We have been into IT since 1994 (MS-DOS based desktop software) and streaming + VoIP solutions for about 10 years. Could you please clarify: 1. What is the nginx currently used for? Is it already ingesting the streams? 2. "to be allowing only specific Ips" -- to do what? access or publish or play the streams? 3. Are there any other modules running on the nginx server? 4. What is the souce of the original streams (on the same server) - video files, Camera, Satcom, screen capture or something else? Will need admin (RDP) access to your server to get this done. It will take one day to to get done once you finalize (depends on schedule on that day, could be earlier too). That should be enough for now. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
