Centos 7 phpmyadmin showing white blank screen after php upgrade

It is a centos 7 server. With Webmin + Virtualmin as cPanel.
I upgraded php from 5.4 to 70 today, which has caused much disturbance. Had quite a bit of tunning to do with php-fpm later found that phpmyadmin got removed. Installed phpmyadmin but it shows white blank page. No errors are being thrown on http error logs.
