You will also need a dedicated server with Clean IPs which is hard to find these days and I will recommend you some place. Now most of people do this mail work but they dont even know the basics of it that how to setup reverse DNS and forward DNS in way to avoid black lists. You will need around 20 domains which should be aged at least 21 days before you start mailing (setup can takes 1 week) You setup will have anyhting you can think of DKIM, SPF, DMARC, load balancing, per domain control etc etc. Let me know if interested and we can discuss further.

Hi. I can setup multiple smtp servers with load balancing however smtp already acts as load balancer. It has queue system in place but failure cluster (load balance gives this as well) smtp setup is okey indeed. Most important would be configuring SMTP right way with DNS settings. IP reverse, nslookup (matching HELO domain with A zone). DKIM and MX. Whitelisted IP-s. I can do this for you. I am full stuck admin. I understand systems.
