Build a WordPress site

The project is about creating a WordPress site. I will give rough details about the design, layout, structure / number of pages, anything you need to know. It is possible to start from a template and customize its layout, design and decorative elements. Work flow / steps: ・Select a number of most suitable templates for the given theme and present them to me. From these, we will choose one. ・Search and decide upon the plugins that will be added to the site. ・Add the plugins and customize part of them (change the number of necessary fields, layout, etc). ・Create the new graphic elements (buttons, decorative images, backgrounds, etc) in Photoshop and customize the chosen theme as needed. Also, customize the css of the chosen theme, accordingly. Notes: ・Site should be compatible with smartphones too. ・Customers should be able to register their own data in the database, thorough an interface. The interface can be an existing plugin (no need to develop from scratch, but need to customize its layout). Needed skills / experience: ・Wordpress sites production ・PHP, css3 ・Photoshop I am not very hurried, delivery term can be discussed. I have knowledge about website building / Wordpress; you can ask anything. You need to have an online server where the site is updated during development, so that I can check it in real time. ##### Deliverables ###### - The Wordpress site: (the wp-*** folders and the sql file (for database installation) ). - Installation support (I can install a Wordpress site on my server, so only in case there are issues). - Post delivery Support (answer to any questions from my part) & Warranty (correct the code in case anything breaks).
