The Results Field below Country Field is a Standard Text Character Format, 80 Character / Letters Max. Must also have an Edit Box List that can be changed or updated. The 3 Address Fields, Titled Add 1, Add 2 and Add 3 are Standard Text Fields 80 Characters / Letters Max. These 3 Fields won’t have a Drop Down Pick List. The same 3 Address Fields will also be used for the Company Contact Layout as well. The City, State and Zip Code Fields will be used for both the Customer Contact Record Database and the Company Record Database. All 3 will have a Drop Down – Pick List and an Edit function that will be used to make changes or updates. Client Region Field will be used for both Customer Contact Record and Company Record Database Layouts. The Client Region, Client Sector, Client Sub, ID/Status, Referred By and Last Reach will all be Standard Text Fields, 80 Characters Max for Character / Letters. All will have a Drop – Down Pick List and Edit Function for updates and changes. The Customer Contact Record Database and Company Record Database will be able to have PDF, MS Word Documents, Images .Jpeg files attachments to each of the Record Pages. Both Database Record Page Views should have a Notes Function so the Database User can update Call or Status Notes of each of the Customer Contact Pages and Company Record Pages. The Database also needs to have a sort function to show custom search views, like if the User wants to search the Database of all Automotive Company’s and Customer Contacts he or she would search in the Industry Sector for the key word Automotive and the result would be Ford Motor Company, BMW, General Motors…. Ect….
