Hi, I have reviewed the attached document I really like the idea and it's good one for providing a platform for the workers to find the tools quickly on the same platform to document what they do in the whole day and their activities. We feel capable of creating this web based tool that will provide the platform for the companies to pay online and buy the tools/services that they need. We'll prefer using code igniter which is a secure platform of PHP and MVC based. We add more security and SEO to the website for good publicity and invite more users. The application will be developed on a secure architecture and advanced back end management for settings and controls. We'll add the the user modules (CRUD), calendar system (Advanced with different use cases) , Day book with manageable tags, File handling and messaging system which will have 2 layers of security and encryption. All the tools and departments will have their own accounts and data available on calendar and day books etc. We'll be ok if you want to buy and use the facebook chat system otherwise we'll create a new clean system with Node.js.
