Build a Simple Form

Build a Simple E-Mail Form. The form will ask for a Name, E-Mail Address, and upto 5 Pictures. The form will email the pictures to the e-mail that was typed into the form using SMTP from Office365. And then display a confirmation page. If validation fails, it is important that pictures remain in the form, so the error can be corrected. I should have a config file where I can modify the SMTP details, Subject Line, From Address, and the Body Template. 1. Code must be well Commented/Documented 2. Form will be used on Mobile Devices, so it must look good on Mobile. 3. Fields are Name* E-Mail* Picture 1* Picture 2 Picture 3 Picture 4 Picture 5 Google ReCpatcha (* Indicates Required) 4.
