Build me a News Website with a CMS

I would like to create a News Website in Spanish similar to this: [login to view URL] (but much nicer in terms of look & feel, and navigation). There will be two levels of readers: 1) Free (people who navigate to the site and get some free news) 2) Subscribed (people who pay a membership to unlock any locked news content) I will have a group of 6-10 editors writing news articles for specific topics/areas/categories. So they will need to have the ability to access their specific areas of the site to write and publish their articles.
