I'm looking to Hire a Professional Freelancer to build the platform for a very good MODERN unique website with App Mobile (Android, iOS). This work will be share for 10 milestone. 7 for service website and 3 for mobile application for android and iphone. After I will receive the file with project done (.psd or coding sent to my server) I will release the payment step by step in 10times. I want to Build a website exactly the way I want it from scratch with Freelancer advices, add any extra features or solutions without worrying to modify coding via myself in the future. I want also the full 100% Rights for this project of website and Apps.
