I want to have a memorial website built for near and dear ones who have passed. The website should have viewing and editing access separately moderated. For the main page there should some text in two languages available and a loving visual ambience . Each profile entry should have a photo on top with some text beneath it. When one clicks on the photo it should ask for some access details (non password access - like the first name of the person -to ensure it is open only for those who know it). After entering a profile , there should be a gallery available of photographs , audio and video clips and text submitted by family and friends in memory of the person. Those who want to upload an entry (photo/audio/text or video) for a profile should be able to do it however delete permissions should be available under admin login The inside of a profile should have a loving ambience as well with candle gifs etc. In case someone wants to add a new profile in the memorial , it should ask for login based access (admin login). The entire multimedia library should be hosted in the cloud. The deliverables include website & hosting rights as well as the entire source code and rights to it. Please respond with quote (either entire amount or number of hours and hourly rates) . You are expected to bring good design and development competencies to this project.
