Develop a laravel web-crawler using MySQL using the following proccess. 1 - Access [login to view URL] 2 - Access menu option Comprar e Contratações > Licitações Públicas > Publicadas 3 - Fill the variables: Data da Publicação: 01/01/2018 até 01/03/2018 4 - Fill the variables: Data Fim: 01/02/2018 até 30/04/2018 5 - Iterate with all result lines 6 - Access informations ("i" icon) and get all items and data structured in database 7 - Access notes ("?" icon) and get all information and data structured in database Observations: All form input criterias are variables and can/must be filled, by CLI (artisan) or array (main importa function parameter). This crawler can be executed periodically, updating all info. It's neccessary to save all changes in a secondary table (audit logs).
