Build me A Earn Points App

I wanted to create an all in one solution app for earning money online through !) surveys !) CPA ( download apps ) !) watch video ads ( in our website people will be able to pay to promote there video Ads or YouTube video) or Admob Ads !) refer and earn !) daily check in bonus i want this app to be Points App , people would be able to get there payout through paytm or paypal only, they can redeem it, i want to create 3 tabs down button ( like instagram ) for 4 pages ( home , notifications , balance ) on home page there should be 5 ways to get paid and above the corner there should be balance, on the balance page it should be 2 sliding page : first your balance with your history and second the payout page. i want the app to be really professional and smooth, no hangs and it should be smooth.
