Build an Affiliate ID Rotator / URL Shortner website

Purpose of Website: Fully Automated website that rotates ClickBank affiliate IDs as traffic passes through it to destination Websites where Affiliate product can be purchased. Subscribers can pay a subscription fee and have their ClickBank Affiliate IDs rotated across all websites in the tool to potentially get credit for any sales made. Subscribers can pay for more rotations in the line by paying higher subscription fees or purchase extra rotations within the website. Admin should be able to Add, Edit, Delete any accounts, URLs, rotation amounts, etc Subscriber subscribes to website based on how many rotations they want. Upon sign-up they add their Click Bank Affiliate ID (or can do so after if they don't know it at the time of set-up) and then the website simply adds their Click Bank Affiliate ID in the rotation. As traffic flows through the website via the shortened URLs - the website then rotates the Affiliate ID as directed and forwards the user to the destination URL where the ClickBank Affiliate ID is embedded so the subscriber can "potentially" get credit for the sale should the visitor purchase the product. Admin: Add / Edit / Delete: Unlimited Websites (including Shortened URLs) Add / Edit / Delete: User (Subscriber) Accounts including number of rotations (can bypass payment). Change Pricing as needed Add / Edit / Delete Discounts / Coupons Admin will have its own account so that it can determine how many rotations it wants to keep for itself. Will probably want to start at about 50% rotations reserved for admin but this should be editable. Developer needs to figure out how to do rotations... flat number like 1,5,10 rotations and admin has 100. Or is it somehow done by percentage? Flat number makes more sense to us as we don't know how much traffic each site will get. Destination URLs can be 1 shortned URL to 1 Destination URL (which will be most common) or it can be 1 shortned URL to many Destination URLs (where the site alos rotates the destination URL as well as the affiliate IDs). Process Flow: Visitor comes through via Shortened URL which goes into Website, Website rotates affiliate IDs instantly and forwards visitor to Destination URL. Subscriber Reporting: Number of times their ID was rotated in the lineup per site by day, week, month, year. Admin reporting - Same as Subscriber but global view. Full Sales and Global Subscriber Reporting Integrate Google Analytics Make Site SEO Optimized Pre-written scrips are acceptable to be used as long as they can be edited as needed. We plan on making several other website duplicates of this site but for different affiliate networks. Winner will get that work too at a negotiated price.
