Wordpress Bespoke Booking System Plugin There are two main parts to this booking system; 1) A Calendar Booking system for the Visitor Centre. This will include several different options; a) Self Guided Tour with IMAX - Adult £5.75, Child £3.50, Concession- £4.50, Family £14.00 - Can we have hourly blocks for booking times from 9am-4pm every 60 mins b) Imax Only- Flat rate- £3.50- Can we have a 30 min booking from 9am-4pm every 30 mins C)-Guided tour of exhibition and IMAX (min 12 people)- Flat rate £4:50- Can we have hourly blocks for booking times from 9am-4pm every 60 mins D) - Day tour- guided tour of centre,Down Cathedral, Saint Patrick's Grave, The first church in Ireland at Saul- ( Min 20 people) - Flat rate £7.50 - half day tour- 2.5 hours starting at 10am and 2pm. 2) The ability to create a new event that tickets can be sold for. This could be a talk at 7pm for 100 people, or a demonstration at 10am for 12 people, then at 11am for 12 people etc etc. One thing that is of high importance is a VISIT SANTA BOOKING SYSTEM. This would work in a similar way with a few other added functions. After user clicking 'book your tickets now' they will see a) calendar to show available dates and time slots. with select month November, December which will show entire month with shaded areas for booked slots. Available days should be easily managed via the admin b) Select day - this will show availability of all available time slots with booked time slots shaded. These time slots should be easily managed via the admin c) select time slot which shows start time d) recap with selected day and time slot - options 1, choose another day, 2, choose another time slot, 3, show all available time slots for this month, 4. select another month. if a date or time is selected outside of the options then a please select another available slot as Santa on takes visitors between November and December 7 days a week from 6-10pm for example. There will be separate prices for Adults, Children, Concession and Family (2 adults, 2 children)
