Hello Developers, we are looking for a PHP developer who can build a BGC portal(Back Ground Check). Must have expertise in PHP, MySql, Jquery, Ajax, Session, cookies, Logging system, Email Verification, Token generation, encryption-decryption, Pdf generation, and Excel importing- exporting.

i.e. parameters such as salary, designation, period of employment, integrity issues, rehire eligibility, exit formalities completed, etc. from the HR department, etc

I am looking for a portal where an employee can register with us,

Dashboard
1. Can see the number of processed verification / pending verification / green reports / orange/ red reports
2. Can see the verification sent to different vendors
3. Can register/delete the Vendor
4. Can allocate the services to its owners, vendors
5. If any ticket is raised related to the verification, the same should go to the service owner
6. Admin Can see the clients and all their orders with status, pending, done, under process
7. Admin can give all or limited view options to sub-vendors or clients
8. Can see the reports or stats on the dashboard, Pending reports, under process, final reports, total case, Deadlines

1. Can register with us
2. Can sign the contract online
3. Can upload the documents and can send them to the owner who will process the verification
4. Can generate the report and upload them
5. Can see only limited clients/ services which are allotted to them by the super Admin or Admin
6. Can raise the invoice to super admin
7. Must get ticket query and can allocate to its own service owner
8. Can see the reports or stats on the dashboard, Pending reports, under process, final reports, total case, Deadlines
Client's Dashboard where they can perform the following tasks
1 Add/Delete sub users like HR/ Admin
2. user can upload the documents
3. user can download the reports
4. can see the generated Invoice
5. can raise the ticket for delayed service
6. can see the progress of verification (Tracking )
