Hello, I need an app that people can use to cancel appointments.
How it works
The customer presses on a red button that says cancel and a message is sent to the admins of the app. It also sends a notification to the email adresses of the admins. And it should be viewed in the admins list of who canceled that day with the person's full contact information and it is also sent to an email so we can contact the person.
Also, a message is sent to the admin's phones and is put on some type of list to let the admin know who canceled on that day.
So
1. User opens app and it has a red button that says (Cancel Appointment)
2. The user presses the button.
3. A notification is sent to the Admins phone over the app.
3a. With the persons' information to know which person has canceled
3b. An email is sent with the users' information to the Admin email address of choice.
3C. The admin can open up there app and see who has canceled and can press confirm
3D. Once the user sends the message they must get a confirmation on their email address and on their phone letting them know that the appointment has been canceled
4. The admin can open a list and see who has canceled and their contact information.
4a. It should have also the number of times they have canceled
4b. The notification should go to the Admins email as well.
We also need a website for this application for the data to be stored in. And for the appointments to be set up in as well.
