API to transfer from one website to another

I require an API that will scrape links from say kissanime or 9anime or putlocker etc(probably into a CSV/Excel) and upload to a site lie [login to view URL] so it would be a search title and scrape mp4 link or shortcode such as: <div id='07b02207602203a02205003306704d07804904d06506903504704202207d' style='height:450px;width:720px'></div><script src='data:text/javascript;base64,dmFyIHBhID0gZG9jdW1lbnQuY3JlYXRlRWxlbWVudCgnc2NyaXB0Jy='></script> Export title and link to CSV/excel(or whatever works for you) connects to media upload website(like netu/etc) sends link and title to upload Remember, as some(most) will be anime, there is Dub and Sub so i would be looking at: multi-site scrape(even if one site at a time(4 sites in total)) of title and mp4 link export to file command in API to upload title and movie(even if one site at a time(2 sites in total)) if u dont know what im talking about, please dont bid/offer. there is a scraper already out that does similar and there are already API's for similar job that i require but not exact what i am after.
