Google has made some changes in the past few months, you are now required to have an api key, and pay for each map request, a guy i talk to was talking to me about this, he runs a service that does gps tracking of a companies cars, it updated the map every 30 seconds for each car so it would cost like 40 usd each car for the updates of the map. please message me for more info
