The API needs to ensure that user can opt for an extension that allows for certain design changes on any website on Chrome. With a toggle, the user must be able to bring back default browser settings.

I am inspired by extensions such as those used by Grammarly ([login to view URL]) that are able to add functionality on the browser basis user needs.
