Android Pedometer - open to bidding

For now we need a pedometer app just for Android. We have developed one but it is not working as expected. Our aim is just to show number of steps taken daily nothing more. We do not need a UI design only thing we want once the user download the app it will start counting steps day by day. The problems that we face once the app is killed it stops counting steps. Some of the android phones have step count sensor some of them doesn’t have it but we are expecting the work on all devices. In our app when users shake the phone it counts the steps but it shouldn’t (as an example you can download this app from Google Play [login to view URL] it works perfectly, it doesn’t count steps when phone is shook, or it count steps perfectly even app is closed or it is in the background ). By the way we should see the previous day steps it is enough if you can just add step count and date into a recyclerView or listView, please check the screenshot attached. We are comparing step results with pedometer app(in the link I send above) and samsung health, it is ok if it has some differences but we are not accepting results if one is showing 2000 and other is 1500!. App should be developed by Java and we should be able to edit source code via Android Studio. Can you send me a time and price offer for that Thanks
