Airtable Development

Hello. I'm looking to take an online application that I have for student housing and create an airtable that will help me to create a work flow for applicants and to match roommates. Here is a link to my current form done in 123Forms - [login to view URL] CREATE A WORKFLOW From take our form submission from the app to airtable (possibly with zapier?) having tagable steps that has they are completed they go to the next step These steps need to be keyed into the people that are responsible to complete the step TAGABLE STATUS For example: I need to create a list of students that have marked they haven't gotten their acceptance to BSSM and be able to tag them as "Waiting for BSSM" I need to create a list of students that have marked either of these as yes. Haven't applied for visa and visa pending. Need to be able to tag these students with "Waiting for Visa" INTERVIEW STATUS I need to sort the students for a financial report, to know who I need to interview and have conversations with. I need to pull into a list all the students that have any of these items as true: Won't have 100% of their tuition paid Can't commit to 10 month lease Has "employment" as one of the ways they are paying expenses First time living on their own I need to be able to see on the report: Name, Country, Age, Email,Budget Their response to the above criteria Apartment Preference Room Preference AIRTABLE CARDS Create one of airtables "cards" with Student photo Name Country Age | Car | Budget Location Preference | Room Type Preference Name of Roommates Move in date And then sort these cards in priority of: Gender Location Preference Age | Filters for age would be 21 and under 22-26 27-35 36 over Room Type Preference Morning Person or Night Person 2ND AIRTABLE CARD VIEW I would then like to take these same sort groups above and be able to click over to a new view with the same type of "cards" but that has a little different information on them. On these cards I'd like to see Picture Name What they are looking for in a roommate situation List of their check box items Passion/vision SORTING BASED ON DESCRIBE YOURSELF FIELD I need a smart way to be able to sort and match people based on these 16 characteristics. These characteristics are how I figure out who should be placed as roommates in the same shared room or same apartment.
