Adapt and modify different wordpress directory theme and bootstrap theme.

I have a wordpress website using the vantage directory theme. Currently the homepage is showing a map and pushpins with registered businesses. I have been using a bootstrap theme to try and reconstruct the directory theme and allow a blog section to be on the homepage. I need someone who can modify wordpress templates and themes, headers, footers and layouts to my specifications. And also someone who has worked with Google Maps APIs. Business listings currently have tags and the vantage theme allows these tag links to be clickable and then the map's pushpins and listings under it all update... I need this to still all happen but under the new layout, header and footer as shown in the bootstrap template I've been working with. The homepage needs to have the google map with all pushpins from all registered businesses and under it, the wordpress blog and single right sidebar with the new design.
