website that offers instant mail for ebay auction new postings

Hi all programmer! I am looking for a long for a website that provides new ebay auction posting based on a search criteria but never found one. SO I have the idea to create one but since my knowledge in webdesign is pretty low I will offer you the opportunity to put alive this project for me. here is what I need. I would like a simple but fency website (some ajax would be nice) features offered: registration free account: let you set up a search for only one product premium account: let you have many alerts. Maybe we can have few paid account that offers like 10, 20, 50 alerts... maybe email and SMS alerts... you will be able to setup the alert by simply writing the search box critery in ebay format like: iphone 16GB -used (will search for all new auction posted for iphone 16GB but without "used" in the title I want this website to include also automatic bidding.? user can setup an automatic bidding in the last 5 seconds of the auction ending time. no software needed. just the website. just put in the auction ID and the maximum price you are willing to pay and the website will do the job.?
