PHP/mySQL KMZ File Generator

I require a PHP/mySQL script that will work within the JOOMLA Content Management system to perform the following: Provide a KMZ File (Zipped Keyhole Markup Language (XML)) file based on property search criteria entered into the Hot Property component I have installed: [login to view URL] When a user clicks on a category (Commercial Property, Residential, Vacation, etc.) it will begin to filter the available properties. What I would like is a module that will always display "Download KMZ File". Depending on what category OR search criteria has been entered, this KMZ file will be generated by the server to match that criteria. Development* The parameters that will be included in the KML/KMZ file will come from the mySQL database. Existing*(The information there is populated by the Hot Property front-end component. Users can create Propert Listings and these parameters will be stored in mySQL.) Case 1: If the user clicked on a category button for "Residential Properties", the module would display "Download KML File" and that file would be an XML file with all of the Residential Properties listed as a special Google Earth zipped KML format. Case 2: If a user did a property search and looked for all of the Commerical Property in California and clicked "Download KML File" the file would be an XML file with all of the Commercial Property in California arranged as a Zipped KML. Case 3: If a user did a search for all property in Canada for UNDER $300,000, and clicked "Download KML File" the file would be an XML file with all of the Canadian properties with values of less than $300k arranged as a Zipped KML. Each listing available through the filter will show up as an individual placemark in Google Earth (via the KMZ file). The placemark, when clicked, will open as a window that includes the information from the original listing in Hot Property. The description, price, address, contact person, website address, and "extra" information will all be presented. ## Deliverables Details/Additional Clarification General 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows -Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Specific 1) 1 image will be included with each placemark within Google Earth. This image will be the first one from the Hot Property component. 2) The final result will look similar to the image(s) shown in the attached project file. 3) This information will be drawn from the HotProperty database entries, and placed into an HTML template (within the KMZ file). 4) The coordinates of each placemark will come from a [login to view URL],[login to view URL] field in the property listing. 5) The bulk of the text from each listing will come from two text fields. These will require "read more..." links that will take the user back to the website in the event the text is too much to fit into the template. 6) The header & footer templates of the KMZ file should be kept as separate KML files that can edited as needed by the website operator. 8) The filter should have a limit that will prevent the user from downloading too many listings, e.g. your search criteria is too broad (more than 500 listings) - please narrow your search. 9) Each individual user will be able to download a KMZ file tailored to their specific search criteria through the Hot Property component.
