osDate skins with custom graphics and banners

Im looking for a coder familiar with osDate to make 3 skins for my osDate dating site.
The skins wil be slick and professional and will require the creation of a graphic which maybe 3d or an animated gif very similar to the example i will provide (see attached zip file).
The first skin will be made to my spec with ongoing communication between us.
The other 2 skins will be the same theme (same site) but you will be left to do these as you see fit.
In addition, i will require 3 diffrent flash banners making, these will be inserted into the osDate site on a rotating basis, i have put one i made myself in the zip as a pointer but yours will be more pro. (see zip file)
You will install the 1st skin on my osDate site along with the 3 banners
On completion all the files and images will be provided in a zip file with full instalation instructions.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
