Wordpress Theme Coded/Designed Expert Needed

am seeking a expert web-designer who has a complete understanding and background working knowlege of all facets of the WordPress Blog platform to develop a customized wordpress theme. We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer with whom we can establish a long-term working relationship. We will handle the illustrations and content site but will need help putting it all together in WordPress. Need to make sure that website is not too heavy and loads fast even on slow connections Needs to be SEO'd with the correct keywords in the tags etc.. Works on the latest Wordpress 2.7.1 Ability to change header and background images if need be Subscribe Feature - if you know how to install mailchimp, a plus 2 Column Featured Block - can provide detail on design to the bidder Nav Bar 4 pages Ads on the right hand side White Background First drafts needed ASAP. -UNLIMITED revisions -Copyrights and 100% ownership rights must be assigned to the Company before final payment is made. -Graphics deliverable in AI, PSD (PSD file must include layers that can be used for future editing), PDF, EPS, JPEG.
