Wordpress IT and Hosting website

Before bidding, please provide a SAMPLE of a website similar to this. Thanks. 1. Site will be mainly a services web based on hosting but offering a different level of services oriented to the enterprises. Based in Wordpress we suggest the template yootheme (already installed in the hosting account, color RED, I like contrast a lot) but if possible with some dark part in the top and bottom, as you can see in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] (Those both websites are the best designs for me, I adore them) . We also have a new WHMCS installed in /panel that we would link to the site; we leave a plugin that allows integrating it easily to the site’s template ([login to view URL]). Anyway if you suggest a different template have a better idea, please talk to me. I’m totally open minded. I want an elegant and nice site. And of course, I don't want a cloned website, I want a nice original one. You can also suggest to use a template you already have, but I want a high quality template. 2. The site will be in 3 languages, Portuguese, English and Spanish, using the multi-language plugin you more like. 3. You, as experts building great sites, will provide ideas and the best way to make a practical site easy to maintain in the future, and also try to make good use of the template, but specially suggest the better way to show every webpage in the entire site. 4. We want to show the information different than the typical ugly robotic hosting site. We are not just a hosting site, we’re offering a full range of Business services. This is important to show to the visitor of the website. 5. There will be a “special product” that will need a dedicated page (I think you call it “landing page”). This product is regarding “Free Hosting for business”. Also, we think there must be a dedicated webpage for every product, for example, every VPS offer. Probably later we will be adding more free services, so we should keep this in mind. 6. We want to show the information to the visitors mainly in 2 different blocks. One the typical automated hosting solutions, and the other the personalized “human” services related to customized business services. Maybe you can help us how to show the structure of the menus in a more easy way. 8. Add a “Play” button on any place of the main template (I prefer in the Top-Left header). That button will play a shoutcast radio (that we owe) of a soft easy listening shoutcast radio station. 9. I think would be an interesting idea to offer in this website the web design as a standard service, offering the content that you suggest (with its portfolio) and then every sell would be a job for you and a client for Katxe. This could be an excellent win-2-win service. 11. Some details: a. Hosting: Will show plans, important to show a simply basic info screen and then to see complete specifications click any button: We want easy information for main screen. For advanced should click to “details” or “more info” b. Dark header and footer if possible, like most of sites. Usually in the botton there’s a sitemap and other elements. c. Facebook / Twitter links d. Sharing and “likes” with facebook, twitter, Google +, email …. There’s a facebook plugin that has it all, maybe we shoult use it (installed). Also there’s a WPMU dashboard with all WPMU plugins and templates. e. Logo list in “technologies we use”: Etc .... Thanks
