Wordpress Expert Developer Required

TASK No1 - CREATE FEATURE TO SUBMIT PROPERTY LISTINGS TO PAGES We purchased this Wordpress Real Estate theme: [login to view URL] You can see another website built with the same theme here: [login to view URL] Our website using our customized version of the same theme: [login to view URL] For SEO reasons we had to change the URL structure in order to rank local area pages in London. You can see one of these pages here: [login to view URL] However; we are now having problems submitting properties to the local area pages because our current developer said that there is “no way to call the specific properties on the local area property pages which we have created. We cannot change the URL structures of the pages because all pages are now indexed in Google. We therefore need a Wordpress Expert Developer that can create some kind of “short code” or “plugin or fix that will enable us to call the specific properties on those local property pages. TASK No2 - 10 LISTINGS PER PAGE, PAGE NUMBERING & PAGINATION When a person searches for a listing we want to a maximum of 10 listings per page. We then want the user to click the “next” or number “2” button or link at bottom of listings to see the next 10 listings per page, then click "next" again or number “3” to see the next 10 listings etc, etc. We can pay $100 - $250 (Depending on experience and how quick you can do these 2 tasks) for this project.
