Web Designer and PHP Programmer needed -- long term-1

This is an easy project for someone who is self-reliant, dependable and motivated: I have a number of websites that I maintain. My workload is backing up. I'm looking for a Web Designer and PHP Programmer that can work with me as part of our team. I can not guarantee you full time work, but as of now I am often turning down requests because I'm just too busy. I would like to find a freelancer that I can build a working relationship with and can help me complete some projects. For example, I've started building a series of small affiliate sites like das-erfolgsgeheimnis.net. It requires some design skills and a little PHP knowledge. If you would like to work with me, please let me know your skillset, your availability (how many hours per week can you do freelance work) and your hourly rate. Your skillset should minimally include Webdesign, HTML and some PHP knowledge. The most sites use either a CMS or a very simple PHP framework where it is very easy to create pages just by simple HTML. As far as payments, you will be paid on monthly basis.
