codeigniter signup forms

we have a 3 step signup process on CodeIgniter 3 please see attachment for html files and sql ================ : main page main page where the user filling in the form fills in their details and they get saved to the user table they also choose how many users they want to signup first page validation needs to work phone numbers must be right format like the in the placeholder … see masks here : [login to view URL] user HAS to choose at least 1 for one of these to advance : please add date/ ip / user agent etc on ================ member page when the main page is filled they are redirected to : member/index/user_quid the member page adds a section for each user type selected… for example if 1 x U18 and 2 x adult player are chosen then we would need to add 3 members sections to that page we need the copy address/details functionality to work phone and dob masks we need details to be saved to the members table ( and tied to the user ) validation needs to work ================ payment page after member details have been submitted we need a page to display the price to be paid please have a table with name | member type | price name | member type | price name | member type | price ———— total total price for info the prices are u18 : 75 adult : 100 official : 50
