Migrate website from Magento Go to Magento Community edition

Our current website is on the MagentoGo platform. We would like to migrate this to Magento Community Edition (CE) The main reason for the move is that there is no support for amazon on Magento Go. We currently use Magento Go to upload products for sale to ebay through M2E. The goal is to use M2E to upload and sync products for sale on amazon also ( which we are currenly managing manually on the amazon website ) We have installed Magento CE on server with Rochen and have linked M2E to our Amazon and Ebay accounts already. You will be responsible for: Moving all products Moving all selling templates Matching all 3rd party Amazon listings with products in Magento Go Setting up all categories and functionality currently found in Magento GO and M2E + adding listing functionality for Amazon. ( so all products need to be set up with selling templates to be listed on Amazon and Ebay -ebay templates already present in Magento Go ) Making the site look as good or better as the Magento Go site. ( does not have to be identical ) Help with setting up payment systems as found in Magento Go. PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH MAGENTO GO AND MAGENTO CE. Out current empty store on Magento CE is [login to view URL] We want to add support for mobile devices. It should look and work just as well on mobile devices such as mobiles and tablets. I understand that there may be changes and compromises needed please include these as part of your bid. I am conscious that Magento CE has some issues around performance/speed. I am looking for evidence that you understand how best to tackle this.
