Custom Wordpress Design and development using Genesis Framework

This project will be a Wordpress site using the Genesis framework. It will be a custom design based on the specifications provided. A suitable Genesis theme can be used as a starting point but the site must be designed to the specification, and not designed just to fit the theme. The client is a food caterer and we require these pages: Home, About, Services, News (blog), Testimonials, Contact. The client really likes the simplicity of this design: [login to view URL] The design needs to be clean, crisp, vibrant and modern. Please note though, we don't want the design to look identical to this site. It should only be used as a guide for style. In the header, the logo will be on the left and the links to the main pages should appear on the right. They want changing images (provided by the client) in the background, with the main body text on top of a translucent box. The template should include links to social channels: Facebook and Twitter The template should include the address, email and phone number of the business in the footer of each page The homepage will be a short bit of text introducing the service. The about page will include some information and photos about the business owner and her team. The services page will include 3 different sections (pages) Wedding Catering, Corporate Catering , Private Event Catering, much like the way it's done on this site: [login to view URL] The news section should use the blog functionality. There will be no categories within the blog. Here she will post photos, stories, recipes etc… The testimonials page will just list a number of customer testimonials. The Contact page will include the name, address, email address and phone number of the business. It will also contain a contact form which will capture up to 14 fields of information: Name: Email: Date of planned event: Estimate of numbers: Location: Time of event: Is it a particular occasion? Age group: Would you like canapés, a plated meal, a buffet or a BBQ? Do you require a drop off service or a full event service with a chef and waiting staff onsite? Do you require any drinks? Do you require a bar tender? Do you require any hire equipment such as crockery, cutlery, glassware or linens? Do you have any dietary requirements? The design needs to be responsive to work on mobile devices as well as desktops and laptops. If you take on this project, you will first need to create a custom design and I'll approve it before you roll it out to the remainder of the site. You can present the design to me as a PSD/JPEG or you can build it directly into the homepage of the blog. Once the design is approved, you will then integrate it across the whole site.
