Custom business directory with payment

Hi. This project is for the creation of a business directory where the user has to pay to view the entries. The system needs to be developed and then integrated with our HTML design which will be presented to the selected bidder. The solution you provide could either be written from scratch or built upon a CMS like drupal, wordpress, joomla etc, using a custom framwork or based on a open source or commercial directory system like phpld. All requirements are in the detailed description. Best regards ## Deliverables Business directory for landlords We are looking to for a developer to create a directory with the intention to list landlords. The user will have to register and pay for the membership via moneybookers to view the contents of the directory. The directory will list landlords including the following info: ? Name ? Phone ? Address ? URL ? E-mail ? If its a private or government landlord The landlords will be sorted into categories where the category will be counties and the subcategories will be cities. The registration should be a simple one step where the user enters name, e-mail and password. And on the same page select the billing period (pay for 1 month 3 months, recurring billing etc). When the payment is completed the user can use the site for the period that they have paid for. If they payment doesn't go through with moneybookers the account should still be created but when the user logs in they get asked to pay before they can use the service. The same thing will occur if a user's subscription has ended and they login to the site. When a user's subscription ends they are sent an e-mail asking if they want to renew their subscription. When a user views the listings in the directory they should have the option to add comments to the listings that only they can view. The following options should be available to the user for every listing: ? Write a notice/comment (and remove comments) ? Add to favorites ? Mark as "Already called" ? Send notice to admin about invalid contact details. ? Hide from list. Registered users with a subscription should also have access to a blog where we will post members only info. On the users profile page there should be a list with their favorite listings and their notes. The user can also change password, email and extend or cancel their subscriptions. From the admin page we should be able to add/remove entries, info pages and set up the prices for the subscriptions + see any notices of old contact details reported by the users. Payment: All payments will be processed with Moneybookers and integration of Moneybookers gateway is a part of this project. Moneybookers integration is done with simple get/post forms. We will use two standard types of Moneybookers payments which are: ? Simple one time payment for a specified amount of time. Example: 29.99 for 3 months. ? Recurring billing (money drawn from account every 30 days) The user will as mentioned before be able to stop the recurring payment via the profile page or directly via moneybookers website. When this is done from moneybookers website, a callback is automatically sent and the account should be cancelled on the last day of the payment period. There should also be a simple script that checks the status of recurring payments from moneybookers and cancels accounts where the payment didn't go through.
