233077 XML Extract/Database/New XML

I need to extract the following every 180 seconds from 14 different XML feeds; * Event name & ID / Date / Start Time / Timestamp / Sport / Game Number / Team(s) / Team Number / Bet Type / Odds / Results I then need the data converted into a SQL database - with consistent format related to the headers (need to have fields listed above) --> not just dumped in different formats. A website ID for each will also need to be posted into the database. Two XML files will then be created for each sport from the database with separate fields for each website ID within the sport. One file for Euro bets, one file for US bets --> simple formula provided. I will also need created my own website ID that takes an average of the bet field. I will then need a seperate XML/Excel file that posts results in the same format principles as above from a specified website - updated every 5 minutes. Please see sample XML file attached. I need this file copied for the specific xml sport files created. I will also need PHP code to request the XML file and post it on the specified website. This XML will be displayed once per day at a certain time. Also, I will need to know how you will handle any future changes to the XML files listed. Just to be clear, CONSOLIDATED NAMING - I need to match all team and player information for all disparate bookmakers into a single standard name across all sports, leagues, match and odds types. Bookmakers show names in a wide variety of non-standard names such as: [Roger Federer] [Federer Roger] [R Federer] [Federer R] [Federer, R] [Manchester United] [Man United] [Man Utd] [Manchester U] [Man U] I would like to choose a provider and get started as soon as possible. Please let me know with your comments. I am in a hurry... I need this done ASAP - with full attention given. Don't bid if you are not willing to do this. I will pay up to $200 per 5 XML files, with $600 for all. Also, there is more money to be earned here. I will also pay up to $400 to you for each customer that signs up. But, I will need you to provide a password or IP protected link to the customer to automatically download their XML sport(s) file. IE.
