Hello, *** Please send me some examples of your work**** Project: Online Database As far as Payment, I will escrow the money and release half of the funds when half of the work is complete. Before the first half of the money is released, I must be able to test what's been done on our server. The remaining funds will be release once the program is 100% complete and tested. Once the Bid is accepted, I will not accept any later price increases unless I have made a request for additional work. You must be willing to stand behind your work. Please send me your bid and an estimation of how long it might take to complete. Please see the Project Description below: I need someone that can create an online database program that is secure, stable and reliable. The server is running PHP 5 and has MySQL. I would like for you to incorporate AJAX, Drag and Drop functionality, and use other modern programming techniques. The online database should look similar to excel with rows, columns and cells and should function very smoothly. *** The database should NOT be able to be searched by online search engines like google, msn or any other online search engines.**** *** The database Must NOT be accessible to the public.*** There will be Only 2 master admins with full privileges and those 2 Master Admins should have the ability to create other staff users with the privilege of either 1) to only enter data or 2) to have full access over the database except for creating, viewing or deleting staff (and Admin) users. The program will need to have the following features: 1) The ability to work through an SSL 2) The ability to import/paste excel data into the system and create the proper rows and columns 3) The option to display 20, 50, 100 or 200 rows of data per page 4) Ability to send an email to 1 or all of the people who have an email address in the database 5) The ability to move columns and rows 6) The ability to assign a column the following: 1) check box, 2) a pull down menu, 3) a Flag (to flag and entry), and 4) a 1 to 5 star rating system 7) Ability to easily add and/or remove Rows and Columns 8) Ability to clear the data from a cell in a row/column 9) The ability to easily edit the cells 10) Ability to add color to a cell, row or column 11) Ability to copy and paste data from and to a cell 12a) Ability to designate a column for attachments so the admin or staff can upload or remove an attachment file (.jpg, .zip, .gif, .bmp, .xls, .doc, .ppt, etc) associated with an entry 12b) Ability to designate a column specifically for an image so the Admin or Staff can upload an Image file that corresponds to an entry and allows for a preview of that image if the Admin or Staff rollovers it. If it is clicked on, it should open in a New Window. 13) Ability to click on a weblink entry and the link should open in a new window 14a) Ability to create a backup of all the data and export that backup in CVS format for download 14b) Ability to easily restore data to the from a backup 15) Ability for the Admin/staff only to search the database 16) Ability to see the total number of entries in the database 17) Ability to Easily create an unlimited number of new databases 18) Ability to view the data by groups 19) Ability to sort the data 20) Ability to print/generate reports based on a data filter 21) Ability to save a view/report to visit it later 22) Ability to create forms that can be used to collect data for the fields in a database. The Database should be created first and the "Create a Form" window should only display the fields based on the available columns in the corresponding database that the form was created for. The admin/staff should be able to add custom text to the top of the form and there should be a "Generate HTML Code for the Form" button that will output the form into a page automatically and show the admin/staff the link to that form. The form page should have the logo at the top by default. The admin should be able to Easily Activate or Deactivate the form(s) as well. 23) The forms must have a CatchAll feature 24) The Admin/Staff panel must have a dashboard that shows the following: 1) Recent spreadsheets, 2) Last people to have logged in and when, 3) list of staff (Super Admins Only), and 4) Forms available. 25) Ability to hide a column 26) A Secure password retrieval system The look, layout and feel of the system Must be Very Clean and very Easy to use.
