547610 Not yet another Scriptlance oDesk like Website

What we are looking for is a script lance, freelancer, odesk like website to be built around an open-source code with a few modifications added for our particular application needs. The base software should be very flexible and able to run in a php/mysql environment. We are open to all options on the base software as long as it can be modified and maintained easily. The required additions are as follows: 1. Job site address is mapped using Google Maps, captured for modification, then imported into web based graphics editing software. The customer will then need to be able to add simple lines for boundaries and then injecting that image into the listing for use as the featured image. 2. Subscription based services - We need to have the ability to charge the customer a flat project posting fee and the contractor a flat monthly fee to access this information and to place bids. 3. Robust portfolio with wysiwyg editor and the ability to add sub-sections or categories based on a subscription add-on fee. 4. Ability to accept merchant transactions (ie: credit cards, paypal, etc) as forms of payment for subscription and job listing fees. 5. Ability to search job listings by zip code radius (example: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 miles) from the zip code entered or based on the address in their profile. 6. WYSIWYG based editor for project listings. We need many of the additional built in features that script lance already has in place, so please keep in mind we would like the software that is built upon to be very robust and user friendly. This website will need to be well laid out by a web designer and easily modified in the event we should choose to add more categories or change the overall layout and feel. You will be responsible for installation of the software on our server and making the required code changes to get the desired results as posted above. We would like this to be completed as quickly as possible.
