I have a Mobile Website that I need to convert to a Native App, IOS and Android. I am seeking someone who can use PhoneGap for the conversion. I also need to be able to test the App once it is converted. Currently the website is build on a local server, therefore, I need to test the app on a server on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud. I have the PHP file and database SQL files that can be used for testing. There will have to be some changes made to the PHP and JavaScript files in order to connect to the database server.
