Point of sales with inventory system

This is a simple project. Whilst the features listed are many, the requirements are really basic. The overall concept is simple. We wish to have an online customisable POS system/DB (PHP-MySQL) with a back office to allow changes. The POS must have all the functionality described below. In addition we want the ability to book and pay online. Therefore we need a Store front and an easy to customise app for mobiles. I would explain more, but I'd like to get some feedback from you first. I saw your project, similar to this one, and would like to gauge your reaction at this stage.
