What I need is a javascript code that will make a layer (DIV) keep it's original position when the user scrolls down the page. Just that this will only happen when the bottom of the div is about to scroll off the page.
The size of the layer is variable, because the content of it is dynamic. This is an example of how it SHOULDN'T look like:
You see, in this case the javascript refers to the top of the layer. Or maybe not. I just can't solve it out.
## Deliverables

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This script will run in a PHP server, but it has to be compatible with all (or at least most of) the main webbrowsers curretly avaiable.
