572133 Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 Migration & PSD Template

Hi, I need someone to migrate a relatively small site from Joomla! 1.5 to 2.5. There is also a PSD-to-Joomla!-2.5 template that looks closely to the one from the current site but I want to cut it from scratch instead of migrate the old one. IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER 1. I do not have the PSD yet. This needs to be quoted in 2 parts: 1. Migration of the site, and 2. PSD to Joomla! 2.5 implementation. PLEASE SUBMIT 2 QUOTES SEPARATELY. 2. The site has a few modules that need to be upgraded with its J! 2.5 extension OR another one similar can be used. Some of them need to be replaced with HTML and CSS techniques: - Ex Menu J15: Used for the top menu. WE WANT TO USE HTML + CSS. - Superfish menu: to create the main menu's drop-down capabilities. WE WANT TO USE HTML + CSS. - JumpLink: For a left menu that has a drop-down with options (hence the "jump link" name. - Accordion Menu: Used on the left side. - Banner Slider: The home page has 2 image sliders that use the banner feature to show them. We want this modified so that articles we write and add images to automatically add an image the size of the slider + a text blurb. THIS IS A NEW FEATURED FROM THE CURRENT SITE. - Quick Nav. Another menu. WE WANT TO USE HTML + CSS COMPONENTS We use: 1. JCE Administration. 2. JotLoader. 3. jForms. 4. Staff Master. 3. The template must pass W3C and must be designed with HTML5 and CSS3 techniques. It does not need to be responsive.
